T-ball

Gibson is playing T-ball. He is having a great time hanging out with his friends and having a sport that is his. His practices have been pretty funny. He tries to shortcut his way around the base path or completely runs the wrong way.

His first practice they started him out on the pitcher's mound. Every time a ball was hit, every one of his teammates would run after the ball while he stood there and watched with his arms crossed. Then they moved him back to second base and he did the same thing. Shane finally went out to check on him and he had a toy in his glove that he was playing with while everyone else was running for the ball. After that he was moved to catcher. He is playing catcher because he gets to wear a helmut. For his first game, he got to put on all of the pads and he thought that was pretty cool too. Shane took him to opening day at the Rangers ballpark and ever since then he has been very enthusiastic about the game and his position.
