Well, we made those paper chains and had nothing to put them on, so Dad took the three older kids to continue our yearly tradition and pick out our tree. Hayden was really excited because he was finally old enough to go this year.
We dragged out the boxes of decorations and cluttered the living room with them. Dad made sure to pick up a bunch of candy canes and we set to work!
Hayden was having lots of fun hanging ornaments and for the first time this year, really looking at them.
Grace is such a good big sister, she did lots of helping!
Landry was not at all interested and was just grabbing and unwrapping candy canes any time that she could get one...
I love all of the homemade ornaments!
Gibson made himself in charge of hanging all of the candy canes.
We are not winning any Better Homes and Gardens awards, but I love that our tree is covered with our kids!
