Give me a break!

Yesterday, I was outside monitoring our combined PE and music classes while they were enjoying some free play outside. There was a group of Hispanic students that were playing soccer and kicking the ball back and forth. At first, they were halfheartedly kicking and then the game got serious. At one point, one kid passed the ball around another boy and scored on him and the rest of the kids cheered. The kid that got scored on, threw his hands in the air and hollered, "Give me a break guys! I'm only Peruvian, not Mexican! Give me a break!" I almost fell over laughing.
